Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards.
If you plan to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider, payment is still collected at the time of the visit and you may submit the superbill directly to your insurance company.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps ensure appointment times remain available for other patients who may be waiting for care.
Under the No Surprises Act, self-pay patients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected treatment costs.
